Learner information is collected strictly for identification, educational administration, safety, and age-appropriate placement. We do not collect identity numbers or other special personal information unless legally required.

3.3 School Information (If Required)

In certain circumstances, we may request the name of the learner’s school. This information will only be collected where reasonably necessary for:

  • Educational coordination
  • Reporting requirements
  • Programme partnerships or learner support

School information is not mandatory unless specifically requested and will be processed in accordance with POPIA.

3.4 Address and Delivery Information

Where physical items need to be delivered, or where required for invoicing and record-keeping purposes, we may collect:

Address information is used solely for shipping, invoicing, and compliance purposes and is not used for marketing.

  • Order fulfillment: Processing purchases and issuing invoices or receipts

Marketing communications will always include an opt-out mechanism.
